Lighting Issue

So I noticed one day that when I lock and unlock my car, the lights all light up. Like whatever lights are on when the parking lights are on (parking lights in the fog light housing, side markers, rear side markers, tail lights, license plate lights) all flash according to the pattern. Now I haven't done anything new other than the blinker mod and rear LED blinkers. But I did those a long time ago and this lighting issue just recently happened. I want to say that it's due to me installing some new 3,000K fog light bulbs. I checked all the fuses and I made sure my system was grounded right, but the new fog lights are the only thing I can think is causing this problem. I purchased them to try them out and later (if I like the look) buy the actual HID kid.

These are the bulbs I bought. I still have the OEM ones and if this is the culprit, then I will definitely go back to stock.

so now when i lock/unlock the car the tail light fully light up and so does the license plate light (as if im flipping the parking light switch on and off). And when i was driving up to Tennessee, i was running through some hard rain and decide to put on the hazard lights and also realized that the gauges will switch back and forth from on (when the headlights or parking lights are on) and off. I want to say now that its the relay somewhere but it could also be as small as replacing the 158/168/194 bulb in the fog light housing??
