Lighter/Power Outlets Not working???

I am unable to use any of my three power outlets in my '04 G35x. Does anyone know if this is a fuse problem?

Change the fuse.

Where do I find the fuses? I bought this car used and there was no owners manuel.

Open the drivers door... there is a little panel on the side of the dash.
