lighted vanity/sunvisor mirror question

so i have the 2008 2.5 coupe and it didnt come with lights on that vanity mirror/ sun visor in the front seats, and i was wondering how hard (if at all possible) it would be to do .. i know there would proly be some wiring to do unless all the cars came pre wired and i just need to buy new visors which would be prime

if its at all expensive then i proly wont do it as i dont really NEED it, but it would be nice to have, plus ive gotten complaints from the ladies about how "they can't see themselves in the mirror"
