Light Switch

On my 87 300zx the headlight switch appears to be loose. My parking lights come on when I go over bumps or when ever i use the left blinker. They can also come on randomly when its parked. This is obviously a problem because it drains my battery. Is there a way to fix the switch or should I just replace it. I'm an amateur so would i be able to do this myself or should i bring it into the shop. Annnnd, how much would any of these options cost?

If it's that loose, you'll probably have to replace it. It's quite simple. You just pull of the steering column cover and steering wheel and swap it out.
