light scoops???

I had the strangest idea on the way home today, has anyone ever taken out the headlights and used the flip-ups as scoops???

seemed like a pretty cool idea!!, course your headlights have to go somewhere else to be legal

it's been done, mostly at the track. it'll look rather ugly to have a hole where a headlight used to be on a daily driven car.

yeah, I know that those exist, but I was thinking of taking the lights out and running piping or something to the intake

just need to make some sort of deal to hold the headlight in place and have easy removal for during the day... hmm kinda like a big funnel. dont need a filter for this track only device. semi forced induction?

WHy not runa hsoe to the grill opening.... much better.. plus if you are worried about rain and dirt, just put a bend in it..... and put a filter on the bend... my 2 cents

Well i just took out my front left headlight, unpluged my pop-up controll wire and manualy adjusted them so there lazy eyes. its great dont get that hot engine air bog. only problem is i only have 1 headlight. =P

may make a hose with a big funnel style deal at the end to stick out the front.
