Light Problems

My headlights work but dont pop up, also my turn signals don't work. When i press up or down for left and right it doesnt show that its on and lights dont go on but it does turn on headlights still. Also hazard lights work. (Note: Just replaced engine wiring harness and CPU when the thing between ignition coil and air filter [geussing its a resistor or something like that] burned out and after replacement still didnt work and professional mechanic had to fix the resistor cause it was causing the problem again; lights worked before it broke down) help appreciated 1991 Nissan 240sx KA24DE

any details on the resistor that was fixed or replaced?

For something like that, I'd be more inclined to believe it's something with problems related to the combination switch or the harness that runs under the steering column.
