Light problem

Car: Nissan 300zx 90'

So I just bought a 300zx 90' and it has a problem with the turn signals. The lights work. Headlights work, corner lights are on. Brake lights, etc. but when I use my turn signals they don't blink. Nor does the turn arrows appear on the dash. Is this a bad flasher relay?

Probably. Or the combination switch and/or harness.
