Lifting Engine Back in
Would it be ok to torque the head onto the block and just mount the lifting chains on the manifold sides? The way I lifted it out was from the head bolts attached to the head. I don't have any lifting eyes and wouldn't know where to get them. What should I do?

Not too sure about that one since mine is still in a million pieces all over my garage floor and not sure if I can get it back together right. If I do get it back together right I guess I can do the site a favor and do a write up on putting a engine kit gasket set on the engine, timing set, all those other great seals, gear shift removal, and try to find out where all those nuts and bolts I have left over are for. =) Should be pretty good since i have been taking digital photos almost the whole way. Now all I have to do is get that bastard usdm240sx put in jail for stealing my money and everything will be all good. Thanks again for all the help and I will probably need more this weekend

I was kidding of course. Mine is mostly together. I still have the intake off, kinda came to a holt when I decided I wanted to relocate the solonoids on the back of the head to the right sturt tower. I havent had the time to sit down and remap the vaccum hoses to reach that point. I was going to today,thats if my back stops hurting!!!Now my camaro is another story it is much like your 240,in peices all over the garage and has been for 5 yrs now..lol
