I popped the hood and the noise is coming from the valvetrain. I don't have a low oil pressure light and when I unscrew the oil cap there appears to be plenty of oil in the top of the engine. Any idea what is going on? Can the valves be adjusted? I have 119,000 miles, running Castrol 10W30 Dino oil.
Thanks!
a trick with the vg motors is to run heavier oil.
like 10w40. it seems to quiet the valve train down
