Has any body removed your lifters recently? Sounds like a bleeding is in order.

bleeding lifters is pretty simple. for a reference go to google and type "9000 rpm sr20det" theres a step by step guide to a solid 9000 rpm head, mostly irrelevant to your topic but still a good read. Anyways included in the article is a step by step guide of how to bleed lifters, it even has a link to a video. You will find it very helpful

on a side note, In order to get to the lifters you have to remove valve coveroil squirterscam bolts and camsthen the rockers.if you need a visual aid the go to the faq sticky thread in this section and you will find a step by step guide to an sr20det head removal with pics.

important!!!- bleed the lifters one at a time to keep you from putting things into different places.

good luck!
