Lifter removal from SOHC rocker arms

Anybody know how to do it?I saw the bleeding process for it somewhere here but nobody has how to remove them?I hear the DOHC can be removed but can the SOHC?

I tried bleeding them but IDK the ball doesn't seem to compress or maybe it's me but no bubbles come out at all either and yea I got a loud ticking sound that's really getting on my last nerve.I also noticed a hole at the top of the rocker arm what's it for?

I also switched out my oil pump for a new one and been driving on my smashed oil pan and now my light stays on.Could be the switch or something but first is to get these lifters quiet.

The tick use to come and go but now it doesn't go.Thanks I'm a little frustrated so excuse the grammar.

that rattle your hearing is more than likely the timing chain rattle almost every 240 gets,
its a pain to fix so none of us do

It's not chain rattle I already replaced tensioner and guides I know what your talking about and it's easy to fix.

I already saw that and read it but these lifters don't have shims.I can't take them off and it doesn't show or say how to.

I was searching and still there is nothing that shows how to remove lifters from rocker arms.I tried looking for a ring or what not around the lifter and there is nothing there.I really need help unless thats all you guys can show is the link.
