lifter problems

I have the ka24de 16 valve head with the bucket style lifters out of a 1992 s13 240sx hatchback. The head was in a fire and some of the lifter are kind of burned. Also, i cant get them to come out. The head is off the engine, obviously, and dissasembled. Any ideas on how to remove them. Also, how important is keeping the order of the bucket style lifters, and what should i do if i have a head with the lifters out and no clue of the order? Thanks guys
