Well actually this guy just complied some information from Wyatt Emerich, with The Cleveland Current (I know everyone reads that paper daily right??)

The compiler is a bit dense (can't figure out how the hell he's dragging Reagan into this, nor is the comment he references even relevant), but interesting information nonetheless.

If this bears out, it's well-worth disseminating and redistributing.

This comment summed up my opinion of the piece:

I have long thought that the homeless really have it made. They get to live under overpasses for FREE. They don't have to do laundry, water a lawn, or even take baths. They get about 35% usable free lighting from lights under the overpass. All they really HAVE to do it dig through some dumpsters for perfectly good or half eaten food. Now I find out that they aren't paying taxes, and work under the table. Next thing I am going to find out is they get to use ventilators for free and I have been breathing on my own like a sucker.

And I gotta say, my $51,000/year full-time job is anything but stressful.

I get more stress by going to law school, which costs me $20,000/year (+expenses)
