I have the opportunity to purchase a 2007 G35 Journey with 72,000 miles. Asking price is $16,000 and the car has been well maintained. One owner, no accidents, maintenance schedule kept. Two questions:

1) Thoughts on the deal
2) Life expectancy (mileage) on a well maintained model described above

Thanks in advance!

Suggested retail is around $20k, at least around here. So $16k doesn't seem bad at all.

Many people around here with well over 100kmiles. I haven't actually seen anyone on here have any issues on the highier mileage ones. Would guess 200k miles shouldn't be an issue with proper maintenace.

A well maintained G should last well over 200k miles.

Even though the car appears to have an exemplary history, you still should take it to a good Infiniti or Nissan mechanic for a thorough inspection.

These cars hold up very well. I am at about 180K on mine. Still loving it.
