Do any of you do it? I don't know if i am just mentally deficiant or something, but I can't seem to find information online on how to actually get into the game, other than how to get a SCCA license through a Skip Barber or a Bob Bondurant (sp) type school. I am leaning more towards touring or rally, so if anyone does either of these on a semi-professional or professional level, any information would be appreciated. Thanks :D

Depends what racing sanction you want to get into. For any pro-level SCCA racing, you will have to get an SCCA racing license, which like you said, involves going to a driving school. Actually, almost every racing sanction requires a driving school to get a license. SCCA also requires a minimum of 2 races per year to maintain your license.

IHRA and NHRA are drag racing olny licenses for 1/8th mile and 1/4 mile respectively.
