wow! If everything goes through... then you're gonna have one of the kinda car there in Germany. I think Altima coupes are only sold in north america and UAE.

Wow, how much will it cost you to ship it out there, if you don't mind me asking? The only thing I'd be worried about is any possible warranty work (is it transferable outside the US?)... having any replacement parts shipped out there and such seems like it could be a hassle. But at least there will be a better selection of beverages on tap.

it will be free to ship it there and back.... and the warranty is good. i will have an APO address so all the companies ship to those as us addresses !

I thought the same thing when I was in Europe last summer. How cool it would be to have my AC in Europe and show those people what affordable styling looked like.

Where is UAE? I had no idea they were sold outside of North America.

hehe yeah duck tape. Just use 3M double sided tape. I used to use those to mount aftermarket fogs to my bumper long long time ago and never failed.

I found this:http://www.autogeek.net/gerplatfram.html

You might be able to rig up some spacers and longer screws to make it fit outside of the recessed plate area...

At worst, you may have to drill some holes in your bumper, maybe get some bumper plugs if you bring it back (I'd look into selling it there since there shouldn't be many AC's in the country).

some countries in europe have the flag and others do not. When i was in greece a few years back visiting family i remember seeing some cars with the flag and others without. the flag being there is like us having our states at the top of our plates. I think if he were to cut it off like your suggesting, he could get a ticket out there. I would suggest you contact someone over there to get as much info on this as possible, including the proper plates (with or without flag) and the width of both.
