Assuming they're not knockoffs, they look like Nismo LMGT4.

There won't be any 240/180 specific LED kits. Your best bet is to take out the stock bulbs, look at what type of BASE the bulb has, then find an LED unit with the same base. (It'd be shocking if it took you more than an hour to find some possiblities online, honestly) One thing, be SURE the new LED unit fits into the hole in the license plate bulb housing. Most should but best to be sure. You don't want it too large/too bright/with too many LED's anyway, it'll look cheesy.

As for the wheels; I don't know why but I DON'T think those are LMGT4's (very similar, tho). I'd guess Bee-Racing??? Best bet is to pick up an issue of Hyper-Rev, you're GUARANTEED to find those wheels in there! (I can see the ad in my head just can't remember the brand)

superbrightleds.com

BA15 9LED White 67-W9 x2

I don't know what the other options are but that's what I got, plug-n-play and looks exactly like your pic.

Edit: Amolao beat me to it

Those lights you are looking at are on clearcornerz.com and they go for $1,000 The best I could do is get hb alteezas and add led bulbs to that and put red clear vynal on the corners and black vynal on the center

Ah yes. Forgot about those guys. You'll DEFINITELY find what you need there. They even have measurements of most of their products so you can assess if they'll fit the hole in the housing!

Too many companies make a 5 spoke that looks similar to the LMGT4's

Here's some leads:

NISMO LMGT4

Uras NS-01 (Best Bet, affordable alternative to the LMGT4's)

M2 DT05R

You may already know this, but that pic is of a car on 180sx.co.ukYou may wanna see if you can find the exact wheel used by going there...

Atleast you know what rims they are right.

Also as for LeDs, you could retro fit some $.60 LEDs to ur current number plate lights, and get the same effect, i imagine it would be much, much cheaper than buying a kit.
