License plate frame...

I like the NICO one, but I have a Cafe Press account myself, and I was thinking of making my own, just as a little something to dress up the rear for cheap, the dealer frame looks dumb. My brother had the idea "The only replacement for displacement is technology," but how would I fit that? I could put it across the bottom, but what about the top? A white empty space might look funny... any ideas?
