License Lamp Finisher

In the ext pdf, to remove the License Lamp Finisher it shows 3 nuts you have to remove but I only see 2 in my coupe and then 2 yellow things/sticks (no idea what they are called lol). I don't want to snap and break these yellow sticks if they are not supposed to be removed. Any help on how to take this part off ?
