LF: R50 auto to manual conversion resource/pdf/link?

Hi everyone! I've recently joined NICO club as I am now in the possession of the family QX4. it's been in the family since new (2001, black with silver body). looking forward to actually putting it to use off-roading but it needs some tranny work.. Long story short, i'm either going to re/re a valve body/transmission rebuilt ... or attempt a manual swap. there's a donor R50 pathfinder 4wd, 2001 that i can purchase locally which is why i'm making this post.

apparently there was a link: http://overlandtrucks.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=729 that had a in depth guide for the manual conversion but it looks like the site went down.. I'm hoping maybe someone may have this PDF on hand? *fingers crossed*

I'm an automotive tech with a facility capable of doing the work in; and with a potential opportunity (or nightmare lol) presented to me, it makes it that much more difficult to shake this idea.
