Lexus wheels on 97 Q45

I'm in the market for a new set of wheels. Will a set of Lexus wheels fit? I've heard the bolt pattern is the same and while I don't know the offset of the wheels I'm looking at, I've read that offsets of 30-45 mm work on Q's of various years. Is the lug stud size the same, any mods needed?

I think the hub-centeric bore on Lexus wheels is smaller, and thus would require having the centers bored out (nearly impossible, but can be done by a good machine shop) ... basically not worth it, unless you're getting the wheels for free.

Not sure on the offset, didn't bother researching since the center bore won't fit.

Not only that, isn't bad karma to have Lexus wheels on your Infiniti?

Thanks! This is exactly the reason for a board like this-it didn't even occur to me about the hub bore! The wheels were cheap, $200 and goodlooking but-I know now- won't work.
