1qckser (and anyone else)

There is a level ten group buy established. if any of you guys are going to do the level ten rebuild, please let me know. We can save $500, and put $500 in Robs pocket as well.

Just a reminder!

I don't think that the group buy is good anymore as Sam (LevelTen) told me that the discount applied only over a 3 month period with 2 more orders paid by the end of June....I did the transmission knowing that the chance of a group buy on a $3,500 part would be very slim chance becoming reality

Thanks Ryan, she is 18 months old, she shows prefference to ride in the Q over the G20 so she is learning well:D Thanks also for the link, I have a spare transmission that I want to do this mod to.

If you are just going to do a valve body, don't tell them it's coming from a spare transmission (unless you plan on putting the spare transmission in the car)

They are very precise, and only like to work on the valve body that comes from a known good transmission that has been used.. What I mean is, even if you say the valve body is good and will be put in the current transmission, they will probably object..

John is very precise, which is probably why his rep is very good (verified this on some board links he provided)

Just a heads up, if you don't tell him he won't know anyway :)

Might this attempt to "fool" them be self defeating? I bet there is a reason for their requirement the valve comes from a functioning transmission.

I don't blame them.. As I said, do it at your own risk.

It's a way to assure them, they are getting a working valve body, out of a functioning transmission. I was just letting him know
