letter and lights in the shift stick

So I was playing around with my 06 nissan altima and decided to remove t middle panel to see if i can change the light colors... i figure how to remove the decay where they have t letter P R N D 3 2 1 and see if i could change t color but i messed it up... does anyone knws how to change those lights or get a new lil decal plz...
