floor mats make your accelerator stick at wide open throttle.

....to soon?

This is why most tracks require you remove them before entering their track. I still remember thinking I was hot s*** when I was 16 and spinning the tires coming out of my road, then having the accelerator stick under the floor mat... I cut the wheel hard and managed to slide across the highway at 40mph and into someone's driveway and then back onto the highway. Got it unstuck immediately after. I thought I was going to die... Lucky for me, it's a very undertraveled highway at 5:30am

D-Max mats are a lot cheaper than a new OEM set would cost from the dealer... at least I would think, anyway. I only have experience with OEM Toyota mats, but they are like $300 for a new set from the dealer. I would (and did) gladly shell out $140 shipped for a set of floor mats that fit the car perfectly and look good in the process.

And obviously $140 shipped is for the front only, but why would you buy rear floor mats for an s13?

You know, you can clean your floormats in the clothes washer... Just use a warm water setting instead of hot so the plastic doesn't migrate from the cloth. Also, use liquid detergent.

My S12 mats came out looking like factory.

Yeah, I could definitely use some new floor mats. The teeth do nothing but fall off and gather under the mat. The passenger side mat has two huge kinks in it that will never go away. I rode in a 240 a couple weeks ago with what looked like the D-MAX mats and I definitely want some now.

KARO

But they are twice the price of DMAX though.

Look the same, Quality a bit different.

I would say they are more for WOW points, but who does not like to WOW?

Good Luck,

Ghasty

They look good when you have them match your seats or your car color or something.

Stock seats, steering wheel shifter knob etc. and checker mats is lame. You need to have the whole package.

The first one is dark gray/black and the second is white/black, commonly associated with 50s, racing, whatever.

I'm really, really wanting a full set of dark gray/black for my car. Where's the cheapest to buy?

I ordered them from Intense Power and it was a nightmare:

Mid-June: OrderedSeptember: Container Came in- they were "shorted" on my color, said to wait til October.October: No matsNovember: No MatsLate December: No Mats. Cancel order and finally get my refund. Order from RavSpec on Tuesday, have them the following Monday.

They just suck at communication. They would NEVER return my posts, PMs, or Emails. They were finally nice when I got my refund, but I won't buy from them again.

Thanks, I won't use them then. Just don't know who all carries these floor mats.

It appears RavSpec doesn't have any on their site, did you have to call to order?

They have a thread on Zilvia in the Interior/Exterior section.

Yeah I found the group buy thread yesterday. I think I'll be wasting a lot of money on floor mats very soon.

Ordered mine (dark grey and black) last night, and just the front set, no one ever sits in the back seat of my car, so didn't seem worth the extra $70, although if someone has a good reason ie uniformity, open to suggestion. $150 for front$220 for front/rear Probably the LAST thing my interior needs to be perfect. Started out with gray carpet, stock seats, automatic seat belts (hated those!), now it looks like this.
