how does the ssqv sound re-circulated? I've had the recirc fitting for like 6 years now, but haven't gotten around to installing it.

RS12: Sounds like the GReddy Type S does vented, but quieter. Like a very loud sneeze, haha.

I've been sanding away on the car prepping it for paint so it's dusty as heck, and i've not put the air filter on. But here's my hunk-o-junk sentra. The under-hood color is the color it will be painted when I'm done prepping.

Nah, I don't think the wife is going to go for a big hood scoop on her car. It's a bone stock ca18det, which didn't always have a factory hood scoop. Once I get my nissan sunny bumper I'm going to start with moving it to a front mount intercooler.

thats cool man, if i recall front mounts on the sunnys are a bi@#$ to make happen, but i thought it would be flippanlty amusing to rock a giganormous STI sized scoop

I think its a hose clamp and something plugginh a hole in a t-fitting.
