you see where mine says moderator? look for one that says admin

Why? Who do you want banned? Asking for yourself to be banned is also out of the question.

So if there's a problem you can email them(Greg, Fred, Torry, Nick)

Sometimes it needs to be done expediently, and as such, no consultation is required.

We all (Fred, Torry, Nick and I) know and trust each other well enough to have faith in each others' judgement.
