It's called an analogy, they usually cant be literally translated. Xbox Live is much more reliable than PSN, its always got lots of players, low lag, and I can actually connect and play with the people that I want to. I'd say that's pretty damn good and reliable. If you had actually read what I was referencing, you would have seen that I was talking about the Xbox Live service. I dont expect you to read though, since you freely base your opinions as facts about the systems at your work as you have told us. I still cant forget that you believed that more disk space on a BluRay means that the PS3 has better graphics. This is why I usually shop online, the misinformation from the people trying to sell you **** is outrageous. Go read a book.
It's good that the PSN is copying some of the XBL features, because it is obviously an inferior service. Of course you wont realize that, but its been accepted by almost everyone else. Being free is all it has over XBL. Dont get me started about Home, its not going to magically make the system better. I have no problems with Sony or PS3, I will probably buy one when its actually worth the money, but its not right now. The argument is always "Home is coming!" or "GT5 is awesome!" or "MGS4 will be sweet!" None of that **** is even out yet. The stuff thats supposed to be the holy grail of PS3 gaming is not even out yet. I'll wait till then to even consider buying a PS3. Everyone is so quick to bash the problems the 360 HAS and then they spout what the PS3 DOESNT yet. Noone is claiming that the 360 has a higher failure rate - there are just 20 million people who are willing to deal with it as long as MS pays for it. Not only are there more and better exclusives, but the games that are launched on both systems almost always run better on the 360. First and foremost they are gaming systems, so I'll take the one that has the best games.
Anyways, another Xbox thread was once again hijacked. Lets get back on pace here.
