You would think it would defeat the purpose.

I had to chop the bumper off in the center with a sawzall lol cuz the piping/intercooler was pushing down on the drivers side of the bumper and also just for extra cooling I drilled 1/2" holes in a honeycomb pattern in the upper center of the bumper to add cooling flow to the radiator

I'm at 363whp and 300lb.ft. of torque @ .9bar

what do you think of the curve??... <==I'm sooo HAPPY!!

Modified by gp_says at 12:40 AM 2/8/2009
That Graph is so beautiful, it doesnt get much finer than that.

Torque curve is amazing and a good linear horsepower climb with a what would look like a rock solid AFR. That is a well tuned engine, id love to drive your car around a circuit.

I finally got my car running after two years mostly due to laziness!!!!

Forgot how much fun it was. Never going back to euro cars.

Anyway, heres an updated pic of my build so far. Going with a different turbo soon...

Is your hood gonna close? That turbo looks very high. Has it been test fitted in the engine bay?

lolol. its an Apexi Manifold. and it should close. its really not as high as it looks... dont see why it wouldnt. the guy i bought it from had a GT3040R on his 25 before i bought it from him, and he had no problems with it. and my turbo is so small because im not going for big power. but that turbo will get me 340whp.

biiiigggggg difference though from the last setup...

goddd that thing looks HUGEEE now!
