Sup Guys, This is for the Guys with the Greddy Intake manifolds, What is needed for the install? the onlything I search so far is the TB gaskets, I have a Q45 TB and was wondering if I would need adaptors or just the TB gasket, and can I get the Q45 TB gaskets for the dealers??? and also the throttle cable, Do I use the sameone on the RB25, or get an aftermarket throttle cable? I know there problems on the throttle cable not reaching the TB area, is the a way to use the old one???

Thanks for reading and any reply would help out, oh and sweet pics of engine bays.

no adapter. the q45 tb is direct bolt-on. you would need an adapter if you wanted to retain stock RB25 tb.

I see Thanks Dane, as for the Throttle cable do i use the one that is already on the engine, or is there a way to get it to reach the Q45 TB?or do I have to buy another throttle cable, Thanks for your help.

Mine is down for teh count as well, and has been since august. Its fixing to be running again shortly.

I got some new stuffs to toss on my S13 aside from a completely brand ****in new drivetrain. Tranny, Clutch, LW flywheel, driveshaft bla bla....

http://nismokc.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6697

there is my thread which is basically a log on what i've done since august when my third gear shifter fork broke.

And damn Wawazat, i've never seen your car before, if you clean that up a bit that car would be pretty menacing. I like it.

Its in the progress of getting some aesthetic upgrades. Im about to buy a lip, and am looking for OEM 180SX sideskirts. Then it will be time for paint.

They are an ebay special, I don't know (or forgot) what brand they are. One of my oem cam gears had a hairline crack so I picked these up. I think they were around $170ish, I don't see them for sale anymore.

How are the tolerances on them??Are they tight or loose??I'm afraid to jump into ebay gears to drop a valve or two.

Honda guys were having problems with loose gears, because oh crappy tolerances. I was surprized to see even a set of 4age HKS gears had some loose tolerances. Not matter how much they tightened the bolts, they would still come loose.

Let me know thanks.

Looks good 2

Haven't ran them yet... I put the bolts on there with loctite. They seem tight tolerance, they don't move around turning the motor over by hand but I guess we'll see
