legality of RHD?

does anyone know what the legality issues of converting your car to RHD are? what are the rules or exceptions? are there any? probably an "off-road use only" type thing. but so are bigger turbos and doing away with your cats and any other type of thing. well, anyway, if you know, throw your .02 cents in.

I dont know about converting, but arund here we have RHD Minis and Landys running everywhere. As for converting say your 240 over i dont know. I want to do that someday if I dont get a Fiat.
