left turn noise

So ill start off with what has been done to the car. New wheel bearings all around, new front passenger control arm new front tires and brakes. so on that note when driving the car at a speed of 50+ Mph any left turn no matter how big or little will produce a humming noise, the harder i turn it the quicker the humm pulsates. So i was just wondering if anyone has had this problem or knows what it could be.

Interesting....is it a mechanical hum/pulse or more of a vibration-style?

Could this be a tire issue? I've noticed tires make weird noises dependent on their tread patterns.

thats what i thought but it seems weird to only be on one side even after the tire replacement

I have an update i put chassis ears on the car and got a noise on the tie rods. could it be the spool valve in the rack and pinion?

At this point it could be anything. If it's not the tires, struts, springs, alignment, etc. then it could be something in the rack.
