Left rear passenger light glitch

My two month old 2009 Versa's left rear passenger light needs a friendly tap to work every time I turn on the light. I think the bulb's loose. Should I bring this in as a warranty service or just try to tighten it myself? I mean, this shouldn't happen to a "new" car right.
