left high beam comes on when running and e-brake is down

need help the driver side high beam comes on when engine is running and e-brake is down need help!!!!!!

Have you changed anything recently? I know that parking brake lamp and how it goes and I cant see a reason for this.

nope havent changed a thing car is bone stock and some times it will go off after a little bit then kick back on i dont understand this
