Left HID still not working properly

Left HID still not working properly
I've just installed new bulbs (XENON ONES) but the same left headlamp still sometimes go off. Previusly with the old ones the left one went off after a while of usage. I switched the relays of position and the left side go off again. Does the battery have to do with the problem?

How about swapping the ballast left to right...

Indeed, a ballast problem. I already switch from left to right and now the right one go off. Thanks for the advise!
