Left headlight stays on when lights are off?

I recently just purchased a s13 and I ran into the issue of my left head light staying on even when lights are off? Ive already tried turning them on and off countless times also putting them up and down but it still stays on...Got any ideas on what it might be??

start going through the wiring, see if its been rewired.I would start there.
