No offense and I'm not going to sugar-coat it, But that is ugly. The idea was a good concept. I have seen the oversea version and cars in the U.S. with the turn signals on the mirrors.

BUT please tell me that is not wires sticking out. If the wires were hidden, I might like it better. I really like the Rogue and I don't want it showcased like that. Please hide the wires if possible.

Or at least get the whole side mirror with the exterior change signals built in like I saw some person in here purchase those .

Well, you are right, those are the wires and I DON"T like them either. I just wanted to see how they might look. I will end up hiding the wires if I keep them on. Oh and BTW, one side of the wires broke when someone moved the mirrors in. I think you are as hard on me as I am on myself. So I won't embarrass all us Roguers any more.

Hey don't take too much offense. It's not that bad. All you have to do is hide the wires. Maybe it would be easier if it was a lower mount and you could run the wires on the underside of the mirror. Just time for version 1.1

I am going to move them and put them on the black part of the mirror and also not have them bend around the side. I think they will look better ust across the back. I will then be able to put the wires on the under side. We'll see how that looks and if I don't like it off they come.

I moved the LED mirror strips to the bottom of the mirrors but didn't like them that way either so I tried something else. Here it is.

Are these lights required by any country or are they purely aesthetic?

What about the lights on the side of the car. Like this one on the Dualis.

Now that is butt awfull ugly. How about we just stick those led's on top of the headlights themselves. People will walk by and say, did this guy just put those led's there for the hell of it???

Perhaps it was a gift and the person did not want to waste it.

I was thinking maybe if your keeping it vertical, try sticking it on the mirrors outer edge.

But personally, I think just return that sucker. Thank god for ebay refunds. It looks to cheap and cheesy. More like ambient lighting, or lights people put on their cars underside. I don't know, just looks that way from my perspective.

Don't turn your swan into a ugly duckling.

Its hard enough trying to get it to look good on the mirror let alone the side. It's too puny for the side.

If you curve it you can make it into a shape of a candy cane for christmas.

Don't join this crowd.
