Hi drewsky,
I believe that package you have shown is not really about if it is a good deal or not, but if the light output is optimal. I have never dealt with precisionled.com, and for 4 pairs of lights to take care of the domes and the lower door courtesies, some people may say that the current price of $49.99 is too high. You will still need several more lights to make most of your lights in your car LED. You can purchase from precisionled.com and try them out if you'd like, but I'll just give you my 2 cents about the installation, and what I would do if I had your model M. You may do with the advice as you please.
I am not sure what color you are going for but precisionled.com's LEDs come in a lowest Kelvin of 6,000K (hint of blue). I typically like to have my LEDs look as stock (HID 4,300K) as possible, so I go for the 5K White lights from vleds.com. I will list the lights that I would get, in a 5K and 6K version, interior
and exterior so you can pick the color you want.
