I have recently bought turn signal leds with pre-wired resistors and while trying to install i was not able to get the bulbs to light up at all. After some testing I found that the socket was wired backwards. instead of the center of the socket being positive it was negative. so now i am trying to fix the wiring on the pigtail but cant get the wires to push out. I am curious if anyone else has had this issue or if anyone knows how to push the wires out of the pigtail.

thanks for any help

I've wanted to do this, but was concerned about messing something up. I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you, but can you share where you bought yours.

I bought these. http://store.ijdmtoy.com/1156-7506-Sing ... 156-2m.htm. the bulbs have the resistor wired to it so there is no need to cut into any wires on the car. I guess as long as they are not wired backwards like mine. They are 1156 bulbs but will fit our 7507 sockets by filing down one of the nubbs. they have 7507 bulbs available but they are bout $20 more and dont come in amber. since the bulb has a wire coming from it it looks like i may need to file a small notch in the housings to put the wire in. once i get this wiring figured out ill be able to tell more.

Got my turn signals in and working. There is still a hyperflash so have to get 3ohm resistors.

Here is pics of my work:

The bulb and resistor (which will be swapped for a different resistor soon)

The resistor mounted right under the gators using the existing holes

Had to cross positive and negative wires for leds to work

Had to cut notch in housing for wire to come out of

Stuck wire under the seal and made notch on the socket for the wire

Socket installed back on housing. can see wire coming from bulb

Installed the LED tail light mod on my Juke this weekend. Used them for the turn signals and they came out great. They still hyperflash till I get the resistors in but at least now people can tell i have my blinkers on. Video is with hazards on which don't hyperflash for some strange reason.

MBRO Japan came up w/ Juke specific full led tail lamps.

Their site http://mbro.shop-pro.jp/?mode=cate&cbid=1142670&csid=1

Load resistors seem to built into the lamps so there is no need to change out the flasher relay.

Nice. But just one thing missing. Where are the US prices and US websites. Wouldn't mind having a set of those.

Don't see any one selling this in states.

Might need to special order from Japan.
