LED Tail lights installed on a black coupe

Just thought I would throw up pics of my new led tail lights courtesy of ebay. Pretty impressed with them. Installation was very simple and all lights rotated cleanly into place (not always the case on aftermarket housings).

They have a set of round LEDs that are still in a red housing similar to the stock housing. The LEDs in that are very reminiscent of the G35 LEDs.

It's not bad, but a little too similar to the sedan lights in my opinion.

WOW... They actually look nice on a Black coupe. I wouldn't have thought that. good work. Will you be tinting them?

Probably won't be tinting them mainly out of laziness. Also, don't really see the comparison to the sedan lights unless you include the stock coupe lights in too. The sedan lights have a huge red circle and big yellow turn signal/side marker. This is literally black and a small red side reflector unless lit up.

It's not that bad...I wouldn't put those on my car though. I'd rather go with the red ones though that are on eBay as well

I think they look nice. I would like the black inside to be shiny if not color matched. I think the matte plasticy color makes it look a lil cheap but still very nice.

its called flat/satin black, and its the same color as the flat black rear diffuser on your car!

I've seen these lights up close and personal and I like 'em! Hell, even my wife likes them! The only thing that's killing me is the white sealant they used on the edges.

Buy them and colormatch them to your car (like your headlights) and replace the sealant with red, would go with your theme

naww, I don't think that photo they have on that one is acurate... the LED's in the red taillights look just like these, two rows with more of a starburst pattern!

to get rid of that ugly warm white color in trhe turn signals, phenom put in hyper white lights for his turns...

I put in chrome plated red lights, so in the day, the bulb itself is pretty much invisible, but when the turn signal goes, it lights up red... I'll try to get pics of that also... but definitely get rid of those regular bulbs there...

I dont think they would look good, imo. Although you could ask Phenom to swap lights with my car for a photo shoot
