LED STRIPS STUCK....

Ok so i got me some LED strips i didnt have time to install them, so i made my brother do them.... he stuck them straight the glass of the light along the bottom like the R8 look and on the outside... so i was wondering if anyone knows how to unstick these things, the 3M tape on the back is to dang strong is there any way?

pull hard, and if they don't budge, use some goo-gone.
