Ok i got an idea from one of my friends because i have ESP's car as my background, because i want my car to look like his (ie the blk w/ splitter). I was thinking of putting a red LED strip between the two rods about half that space. This could look cool but i did it in paint because i don't know photoshop. I tinted the headlites and made yellow fogs and painted the emblem.

Red is surely illegal and you're gonna have three different color schemes from the front. In my opinion adding red won't flow.

Well i don't have yellow Fogs i have reg color but white didn't look right in the picture. I have 8k headlights and regular fogs, im in the process of tinting the tops of my headlights. And i don't care if its illegal, everything is LOL

And i want something on the basis of DOC's LED's but in red and in the middle?? Does anyone know if this is possible?

You WILL get pulled over with red LED's. Especially since you live in Suffolk County.

lol Thats ok i just want them for the looks ie car shows.

I'm wondering what the diffrence would be between

http://www.oznium.com/led-flex-strips

http://www.oznium.com/thin-led-strip - DOC's

They say that the first one's are brighter but how bright are DOC's. See the problem is his are white, white shows up better than red. Red will need to be brighter .

Wow that is hilarious lol

But seriously i want to do this i think it could look cool. I was going to do the red where everyone else has but i feel like thats just a bad idea because id'e want to make them go with my turns.

But i just want the lights to go in the middle like the second pictures. Which lights would be better, which strips?

Yea that's how i feel . If you think about it, it seems dumb at first but this could look really good. I mean who else has red led's across there lower bumper, i dont know anyone. Itll make my car stand out a little and not in a bad way, and it'll be sexy

YOU TURNED MY CAR INTO KITT?!?!?!?!?!? lol!

The yellow fogs are dope (I'm sort of in the market for some nice ones) but please don't do the red LED strip!!! The only LEDs you should physically see on the front should be white and used as running lights. I'm sorry but anything else is Honda-esque.

Now...if you wanted to mount a red strip behind the grill facing the radiator so it creates a really mean lookin' red glow...

My basic philosophy when lighting cars whether it's on the inside or outside is that LED's, neons, CCs, whatever, should not be seen directly.

What kind of LED's should i get if its in the grill area then?? And how will that show through?

Could i put it on the bottom grill or does it have to be the top?

I'm using the 'chunky' flexible LED strips...those things are freakin' bright! The only thing I'm unsure of is where to mount them on the inside (ie. above the grille or below it...). It shows through because you mount them facing the engine and the light is reflected off the rad. I know alot of people think this is pretty cheeseball (as cheeseball as underglow) but I'm a fan of pretty coloured lights...obviously......

Gonna be covered up by the front plate if you put it across the bottom grill.

I also agree with ESP, placing the facing the inside of the car would be pretty slick. You could use the same thin led strips.

Ugh, why do people do this, the one with the split white LED's looks ok... I actually don't feel bad when people do this and get pulled over.
