LED's in INTERIOR, i have questions...

I saw a picture of the interior of a newer altima, and the "reading lights"... whatever you want to call them.. were BLUE. I thought it was bad a**.

SO... here's the question:I would like to know how to install LED's in the interior of a car, air vents, reading lights, anywhere really. Sorry if there is already a thread about this. I am a noob.
