LED's for license plate lights

Ok, so I need new license plate lights. I want to get some LED ones but I am not exactly sure which ones to get.

This website says they are 89's and the bulbs I took out are 1003's.

So I was wondering if you guys could help me figure out what LED's I need to replace them. Any help would be appreciated.

I have 1157s or 1156s. I forget which exactly. I got them from www.v-leds.com
They're super neat-o.

Will they just go right in the socket or do they need to be modified to fit?
