LED Pics

Guys, Here are the pics. They came out terribly and don't really do justice to the intensity of the LEDs. The sidemarkers are actually very bright and very contained but they don't photograph well. I'll try my best to take some better ones when I have time.

PS: Here are the tails too but I don't think I'll be doing a write up on them because it would take forever.

Side (Horrible pic, I know but it's the best I have at the moment). You can kind of get a sense of how bright and contained they are.

Last one for now...I also did the rear turn signals with amber LEDs but I don't have any pics of that at the moment.

The tails are REALLY, REALLY bright. The pics make them look like 4 little squares but in real life, the light is a bit more diffused.

did you feed a series of Red LEDS on to a a platform like breadbord/pcb Solder the points, and mangle the old housing to accommodate for the board?

i mean, that’s how i would have done it. :S

Sure, I'm about to leave town for a while but I'll try and post some helpful info for you guys. I'm still trying to get a sense of how many people would be interested in the full write-up because it will likely be REALLY REALLY long and I don't want to waste the effort if only 3 people are interested in doing the conversion. The LED sidemarker write up I did yesterday was like 5 pages long in MS Word!
