i have a 2003 g35 coupe that im playing with... iva added tint, a spoiler, painter the rear lights, changed out the factory system, added a sub, and changed my dash and dome lights. there is my problem... i changed the dash light from the plain orange to a high blue LED. to do this i had to have the orange scraped off the back.. now the lights are only bright where the lights are... in attempt to fix this problem i had the glass frosted which now makes it impossible to see in the daytime... WHAT DO I DO?

get a cluster from a junkyard or someone that salvages cars. hopefully with realistic mileage.

You could have purchased a light blue/cyan gel which are used in photography etc over lights and placed it where the orange film used to be, and it probably would have prevented the 'hot spots' that you are getting.
