Hi, anyone living in Canada? I have a question, I am thinking of getting those white LED license plate lights for my g. But I have heard people say that it is illegal in Canada to have those.

Is that true??

I am not in Canada so this may not apply. I went with red and connected them up to the third brake light. Been tailed many times, never a problem. With white I could see an issue depending on how they light up the plate. Do they cause an issue with the ability of reading the plate?

I am thinking about pushing the envelope a little bit with blinkers, which I think where I am at is illegal due to a minimum distance of something like 18 inches if I remember correctly. I make my own frames out of regular frames drilling the holes for the lights and mounting on a boxed backing plate.

^ Yes, sir. I like the lighting on the IS and GS as well. This has been something I've been looking at on and off.

You can find the LED's on ebay......look under G35 then lighting acc's and the company I have gotten all my lights from is ijdmtoys, their prices are great and very fast.
