I got 100 LED bulbs 3mm and 100 Resisters. I soldered one end of the resister to the positive side of the bulb. Wraped the negative on the twist lock and put it back in. Nothing happened. I got the volt meter and found the positive and negative. Did it again and nothing. Help please it's not lighting up.

Not so.

LED's tend to be a hell-of-a lot more efficient than standard filament bulbs.

I put Blue LED's in all my interior sockets.I went with the 12 volt led's.didn't hassle with the resistors.
