led fog installtion question

Whats up guys, i have 2008 altima coupe 3.6 v6, i two issues here, first, i want to install some OEM led lights on my coupe but i want them to run daytime independent like the audi, i know i can install a relay rocker switch, not feeling that and theres suppose to be some vibrator sensor that i can install to but i heard the easiest way is to splice it into a constant power supply, does anyone know one is located besidies the regular headlight lights?

Second, i replaced my stock fogs with hyper white HID, but they wont turn on and when i put the stocks back in they wont turn on as well, i checked the fuse panel theyre good, so now im stumped. is there a trouble shooting techinquue to try so see whats wrong? or do i need new fogs???
