k so ive ordered this on friday....and theres no response yet when i got my B&M shifter that i ordrered on sunday.. ive tried calling and emailing them and NO FRICKIN RESPONE! WTH, im frickin pissed, wth is this crappy site, anyone know how i can contact them, they seem to be located in westminister.....leddomelight.com -crappy businness

or yet what do i do, when i havent gotten my product in 2 weeks! especialyl when their kind of local and i cant even get a response from them....who do i report this to to get my money back?

yeah, I've heard mixed reviews on their services... but I met the guy that handles the LED dome light business, and he seemed legit to me. I picked up my dome light from the same place. I think his name was Matt or something, I forget... he's the kinda chubby white dude.

FYI, their shop out in Westminster is called UPFD (Under Pressure Fabrication) but they handle the LED stuff in the same office (both contact info is identical as you can see)http://www.upfd.com/mainframe.php(714) 890-5153

Keep trying to call, I can't imagine them not answering your call. Every time I've called, they've answered...

just emailed matt under UPFD, got a response on gmail that it failed getting recieved....also called again..and i hear the same thing.WTF can anyone go to westminister and check.......THIS IS BS, how do i get my money back!

that was 6 hours of slave work!

That sucks man. I ordered a dome light for my S14 from them a long time ago. When it didn't arrive quickly, I shot them an email. They immediately responded saying the light was on backorder due to demand, told me when they'd have it in, and when I should get it. Communication was fantastic and I got my light in a timely manner.

I ordered one as well, went through a few little mix ups but Matt was cool and corrected it after emailing and calling. I think the biggest problem is that he seems to be the only person there handling the led domelight aspect of the business. In any case he seemed pretty straight lace and he even called me a few months after I bought it to make sure it was still working. I hope everything works out though, keep trying to get in touch with them. I can almost guarantee when you get a hold of him he will correct the situation.

i got mine from my job, i work at autozone, and i got it for less then 15 bucks and it works great.

Yah, I emailed the OP earlier today.

FYI to everyone, they moved locations, a few doors down the building. Their webmaster just hasn't updated it.

WOW its been f***in almost 2 months since i shipped back the WRONG ITEM THEYSENT to f***IN REPLACE and they HAVENT EVEN DONE THAT s*** YET

I CANT EVEN REACH THEM AT ALL!f*** THIS f***IN COMPANY, i just want my f***IN MONEY BACK.f*** THIS s***, U s***TY a** COMPANY, ! SOOOO PISSED OFF!

It took me about 2 months to receive mine. They are slow as shiz but I eventually got it.

i was reviewing this company for zilvia and WHAT a surprise...ANOTHER customer with the same frickin problem:

"I had also ordered a dome light and a map light from this vendor. They sent me the wrong map light, after I specifically asked for an S14 Map light. I PM them and tell them it was the wrong one and ask for the right one. I was told that they would send the right one out.

I never received the light. This was probably about 6+ months ago. I just gave up and took it as a loss. Glad to see I'm not the only one.

NOT A GOOD VENDOR."

called my bank , and they took care of it with full refund.f*** LED DOME LIGHT,PERIOD.

if u do buy their s***, PREPARE!!!!

that other guy was right the auto stores have a whole section of led bulbs and they have the dome light one even led lights for your side marker bulbs, brake, turns signals and reverse lights.
