LED bulbs

Has anyone used LED bulb replacements for the standard brake and tail lights?

Not yet, but I have done a lot of researchon this and you might need to wire in resistors since those LED bulbs do not use as much juice as the incandescent bulbs do. People who have done it on other cars get the fast blinker error when they put those bulbs in w/ out a resistor. The fast blinker is the cars computer telling you that you have a bulb out. Then after that they just don't work. Like I said this is what I have read. I do not know from experience.

I also here the LED bulb output is not as bright.

Most companies make them with the resistors built in. They look like crap and arent worth the money in my opinion. You are better off researching LEDs and make your own design and pcb boards.
